Spoonful ("the Service") delivers personalized, sexually explicit fiction for entertainment. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to use it. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you consent to receiving explicit adult material.

What you get

We generate an original work of fiction personalized to details you provide, and deliver it in short installments over Telegram, with a private web reader link. The story is fiction. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended. Details you supply are woven into a character; they do not depict any real person.

Acceptable use

Don't submit details describing a real, identifiable third party without their consent.
Don't submit content involving minors, non-consent presented as real, or anything unlawful. The Service is for consensual adult fantasy only, and we will refuse or remove content that crosses that line.
The story is licensed to you for personal enjoyment. Please don't resell or redistribute it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the personal details you provide. You grant the operator of Spoonful a limited license to use them solely to generate and deliver your story. We may remove access or refuse service if these terms are broken.

Service "as is"

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Spoonful is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of it. Delivery depends on Telegram and other third parties we don't control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update them; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
