Each story is generated uniquely for you the moment you sign up, so it can't be resold or
"returned." That said, we want you to be happy.
When we'll refund
- If the Service failed to deliver your story, or delivered something broken, tell us and we'll
fix it or refund you in full.
- If you're unhappy with your story, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it
right — a re-generation, or a refund at our discretion.
How to ask
Email dan@merchantsofplay.com from the address on your receipt, and briefly tell us
what happened. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
You can stop future delivery any time by replying STOP in Telegram.
